AfterCollege/AACN Scholarship Fund
Quarterly, the AfterCollege/AACN Scholarship Fund awards $2,500 with special consideration for registered nurses who are completing accelerated RN-BSN or RN-MSN degrees. Eligible members must be age 18 or older, legal residents of the United States, and enrolled at least half-time at schools belonging to the American Association of Colleges of Nursing. Janel Parker Career Mobility Scholarship
The American Nephrology Nurses Association (ANNA) administers the Janel Parker Career Mobility Scholarship. The scholarship awards $2,500 yearly to assist active nephrology RNs who are returning to accredited nursing schools for a baccalaureate. Qualified RN-BSN applicants must have been ANNA members for at least two years, hold the Nephrology Nursing Certification, and matriculate for 6+ credits. Applications, including the 250-word personal essay, certified transcript, and three recommendations, are reviewed after the October 15th deadline.
ONS Foundation Bachelor’s in Nursing Scholarships
Located in Pittsburgh, the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Foundation bestows several Bachelor’s in Nursing Scholarships for $3,000 to $5,000 each to encourage licensed RNs who are committed to careers in cancer treatment. Selected recipients must be seniors finishing a BSN degree at any U.S. School of Nursing that’s accredited by the ACEN or CCNE with satisfactory academic progress.
